Jaggery Coconut Ladoo

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups freshly grated or dried coconut

  • 1 tablespoon ghee

Method:

  • Heat ghee in a pan and add grated coconut. Sauté for a few minutes.
  • Add jaggery and stir until it melts and mixes with the coconut.
  • Add cardamom powder, mix well, and turn off the heat.
  • Let the mixture cool slightly, then form small laddoos.

Tips:

  • You can add a pinch of nutmeg powder for extra flavor.
  • If using desiccated coconut, you may need to add a little more ghee or water to help bind the mixture.
