Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon jaggery (grated)
  • 1 lemon
  • A pinch of black salt
  • 1 tsp. roasted cumin powder
  • Chilled water

Method:

  • Dissolve jaggery in a little warm water.
  • In a glass, add lemon juice, jaggery syrup, black salt, cumin powder, and chilled water.
  • Stir well and serve with ice.

Tips:

  • Adjust the amount of jaggery to your taste. You can add more or less depending on your preference.
  • For an added kick, you can also add a pinch of cumin powder or ginger powder.
