Ingredients:

  • 1 cup jaggery, grated
  • 1 cup raw peanuts (roasted and skin removed)
  • 1 table spoon ghee for greasing

Method:

  • Heat ghee in a pan and add jaggery. Stir until it melts and forms a thick syrup.
  • Add the roasted peanuts and mix well.
  • Quickly pour the mixture onto a greased surface or parchment paper.
  • Flatten it using a rolling pin and let it cool before breaking into pieces.
