Jaggery Tea (Gur Chai)

Swap your regular chai for jaggery tea, a natural sweetener that boosts immunity and aids digestion. Warm, wholesome and full of goodness in every sip!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup milk,
  • 1-2 tsp tea leaves
  • 1-2 tbsp grated jaggery
  • Ginger
  • Cardamom

Method:

  • Boil water with tea leaves, grated ginger and cardamom.
  • Add milk and bring to a boil.
  • Turn off the heat
  • Strain and add jaggery
  • Stir and serve hot
